1)Mould design: Mould deisgn according to your product drawing or sample.2)Steel material: P20, 718H, NAK80, S136, SKD61, 8407, 2344or customers's appointed material3) Mould type: Plastic mould, hot runner mould, double injection mould, insert mould. 4)Mould processing: Using advanced equipment for the moulds, including digital control CNC(computer manufacturing center), EDM(electric-spark machine), several line cutting machines, multi-function milling machines etc.

Step:

1. Get the samples from buyer  or buyer send the drawings to us. 2. According to the sample,We Make the 2D products drawings for confirm. 

3. Buyer confirm the 2D drawings and pay 30% down payment .

4. Send out the 3D Mould drawings  for final confirm.

5. Send out the first trial sample for confirm. After buyer confirm it pay 40% payment.

    Or buyer come to factory try the moulds by themselves.

6.Package of the moulds.
